Clear terms covering use of the website, project requests, consultations, intellectual property, and post-launch support.
By using the Masar website or submitting a consultation or project request, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these terms. If you use the website on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
Masar provides software development, UI/UX design, process automation, systems integration, technical consulting, and operational support services. No scope of work, cost, or delivery period is binding unless confirmed in a written agreement or proposal approved by both parties.
Information submitted through website forms is used to understand the initial requirement and arrange contact. Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not automatically mean a project is accepted and does not create a contractual obligation until the relevant proposal or agreement is approved.
The client must provide accurate information, supply required content, approvals, and access permissions on time, review deliverables within agreed periods, and not use any service or deliverable in a manner that violates laws or the rights of others.
Pricing varies according to scope, complexity, delivery period, and required support. Payment arrangements, milestone payments, taxes or fees, and cancellation or change terms are specified in the project proposal or contract.
Ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client after all dues are paid and delivery conditions are met, unless the agreement states otherwise. Masar retains the right to use general tools, technical know-how, internal templates, and non-custom components that do not contain the client’s confidential data.
We handle client and project information with professional confidentiality and do not share it with external parties except where needed to deliver the service or where consent or a legal requirement applies. The client must likewise not share confidential materials or proposals without written permission.
Post-launch support depends on the type of agreement: it may be included for a defined warranty period, covered by a separate maintenance agreement, or handled through separate development requests. Maintenance does not normally include major scope changes or new features unless separately agreed.
We aim to provide stable, professional services, but do not guarantee that all systems or integrations will be free from interruptions caused by external service providers or changes to third-party platforms. Masar’s liability is limited as agreed in the applicable proposal or contract.
These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect operational or legal changes. For questions about these terms, contact legal@masar.com or the official email address info@masar.com.
